Defendants, Blains, were successors in interest to the judgment debtor, Michael E. Crowley. Defendant, American Savings, by assignment, succeeded to the rights of the beneficiaries under three separate trust deeds to the subject property, which were prior in time to the docketing of plaintiffs judgment.
